

CEMENT KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS COURSE
The general principle of sustainable manufacturing is to reduce the intensity of materials use, energy consumption, emissions while maintaining or improving the plant profitability and the value of the products. The methodology employed in this course will help to develop sustainable manufacturing evaluation, validate industry practices, and use of analytic hierarchy process to obtain a sustainable manufacturing performance.
Objectives
Managing and learning require continuously measuring plant performance and operations. If an organization wants to understand where their improvement opportunities, how competitive, verifiable, and efficient they are, it’s recommended that they analyze their operating performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) represent a necessary part of any business aiming for success. Organizations use KPIs to measure, monitor, and manage performance; they allow employers and employees to envision what needs to be done to improve their organization. This course will focus on identifying, understand and work effectively through well-develop problem-solving methods to optimized plant performance and results.
