Ball mill reliability program- Safety hazards – Maintenance strategy – type of mill supports, advantages and disadvantages – Maintenance philosophy – Wear parts analysis, trend and optimization – Mill drive system, advantages and disadvantages – Drives preventive and predictive inspection – NDT measurement – Lubrication program – Bearings support – Separator, types, preventive and predictive maintenance – Dust Collector maintenance – Alignment, benefits, inspection and RCA.


The course consists of theoretical classroom training, exercises, case study, work section and field inspection.
